JURASSIC WAR v1.11F — 10 OCTOBER 2026 Windows native build 1.12.26.0 | World Studio 0.39.0 The Windows release adds configurable controls and more complete custom-unit authoring. Includes World Studio 0.39.0. Modern right-click orders: enable Options → Advanced → General → Modern right-click orders. Left-click selects; right-click gives orders. Classic left-click orders remain the default. Options → Advanced → Keys customizes gameplay commands, camera movement, control groups, host shortcuts and modifier keys. Save applies changes; Cancel discards them. Conflicts can swap bindings, and defaults can be restored. The separate remote spectator window keeps its existing shortcuts. Importing 128 × 128 sprite-sheet cells now starts all four alignment values at −48. These values position the artwork; collision dimensions remain separate. Adding custom assets to a skirmish map now preserves the human starting army chosen in the lobby. Original AI retains authored bases; Modern AI with Equal AI start follows the shared starting setup. Production buttons show the custom output unit’s name and Production icon. Import an icon in the output asset’s properties; authored unit artwork provides the fallback. Supported custom units and buildings have Food cost; a producer can override its Produced unit cost. Set 1–65,535 food, or leave a value blank to inherit the original price. Actual construction, recruitment, AI affordability and cancellation refunds use these prices. Create the unit asset using a supported playable behavior, create its production building in the same pack, then create a custom tribe and add that building to its roster. Save the pack, attach it to the map, validate and playtest. New prices and icons use asset-pack format v6 and require Windows build 1.12.26.0 or later. The browser game remains 1.12.17.0 / editor Core 0.36.0; these new desktop fields need the current Windows game. Custom art uses existing behavior and production families. A new Tyrannosaurus appearance can use a compatible playable family; arbitrary wildlife behavior does not become a trainable unit. INSTALLATION Extract the full game ZIP into a new folder and run JurassicWarWin11.exe. The standalone editor includes its own runtime but requires a game folder with original English retail assets. Existing installations can use the update ZIP: extract it, open its release folder, and merge its contents into the game folder after backing up saves and creations. All online players and spectators need matching builds and content. VERIFICATION 169 editor regression checks and eight native regression suites passed. Live checks covered keybinding persistence, custom names/icons, charges and refunds, and representative custom-map starts. The originally reported custom map was not supplied. These checks do not guarantee the absence of all bugs.
